Located on the South Side of Chicago in Oak Lawn, IL. Across the street from Chapel Hill Garden South Cemetery. Less than 6 minutes away from I-294 exit on 127th street and Cicero. We will now have on-site parking available for customers. We ask that you please arrive during your allotted time slot based on your ticket. Please park in the parking lot directly next to our location. If our lot is full, alternative parking is available at The Bone and Joint Clinic located next door at 5540 W. 111th Street in Oak Lawn, IL. We will be running our Shuttle Bus from the Metra Parking Garage on select days only, located at 9525 S. Tulley Ave in Oak Lawn, IL. The bus will run on October 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th, & 31st.
